- What is Jumble?
- How do I fill in my answers?
- How do I know if I'm right?
- Can I save my progress?
- Whoa - this one's tough. Can I get help?
- I'd like to reset everything.
Jumble is an interactive, anagram-solving puzzle. Four small Jumbles need to be solved to give the letters for a final, big Jumble.
By solving the smaller Jumbles, players reveal underlined letters that make up the final answer. By using these clues, their wits, and the cartoon accompanying each puzzle, players can solve the whole Jumble!
2. How do I fill in my answers?
Using the Kindle's 5-way controller, navigate to the answer boxes. Type a letter on the keyboard to enter it, then move to the next box. It's that easy!
You can answer in any order, go back to boxes you've previously filled in, change, correct...everything is possible!
3. How do I know if I'm right?
When you fill in all boxes of a small Jumble, your answer will be checked. If it's right a tick will appear by that word and the underlined letters that make up part of the big Jumble will be revealed.
If you haven't got the right answer, or you've used letters not contained in the Jumble, there's no tick and no letters for the final answer. Sorry - try again!
When you have completed the whole puzzle a congratulations message will appear and your puzzle will be marked complete in your book.
You can't save a Jumble as you're going along, but once you complete it successfully you can save all your answers and mark it as completed in your book.
5. Whoa - this one's tough. Can I get help?
Of course!
Clicking on Hint will reveal one letter at a time, first in the small Jumbles and then in the large, final Jumble.
If you want to know everything, click on Solve and all the answers will be revealed.
6. I'd like to reset everything.
Click on Reset. You can clear the puzzle and, if you have it saved, it will be reset to uncompleted in your book.
